The Second Day of the Visit to Timor-Leste

On the second day of the visit to Timor-Leste, the Executive Director of CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat met the Chair of Council of Ministers (COM) of the CTI-CFF, Hon. Pedro dos Reis, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-Leste. 

The meeting was held in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Office, and attended by the DG for Fisheries, the National Director for Aquaculture and Saliculture, and the DG for Multi-lateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

The discussion was fruitful and the Timor-Leste Government was very enthusiastic with the roles as the leader of CTI-CFF, and will do their best to support and giving guidance wherever necesarry. The Minister wished that during his leadership, CTI-CFF can succesfully running the Regional Conservation Trust Fund initiative, and most importantly in the implementation of the conservation works.
